Welcome to Margaret Zyk Coaching LLC. By using our services, including 1:1 coaching, hypnotherapy packages, and the Retire & Renew app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Margaret Zyk Coaching LLC provides:
- Individual coaching sessions and coaching packages
- Hypnotherapy sessions (live and recorded)
- Digital programs, including the Retire & Renew self-guided app
- Workshops, webinars, and digital educational content
These services are for personal development and informational purposes and do not substitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Showing up on time for scheduled sessions
- Participating fully in coaching and hypnotherapy experiences
- Making their own decisions and taking action based on the coaching process
You understand that results may vary and that growth is based on your commitment, consistency, and effort.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- All services must be paid in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused sessions or early termination of services.
- Payment for coaching does not guarantee a specific outcome.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule 1:1 sessions. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.
- Emergencies will be handled with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching or hypnotherapy sessions is confidential. Exceptions may apply if:
- Disclosure is required by law
- There is risk of harm to yourself or others
For the app or digital programs, any user data collected is stored securely and used only to support your program experience.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Margaret Zyk Coaching LLC — including session materials, hypnotherapy recordings, videos, worksheets, and digital tools — is the intellectual property of Margaret Zyk and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.
7. Technology & Access
You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper technology and internet access to engage with coaching calls, video sessions, or the app. Margaret Zyk Coaching LLC is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end that may interfere with participation.
8. Disclaimers
Margaret Zyk Coaching LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Coaching and hypnotherapy services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal counsel. Always consult with a licensed professional for such needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Margaret Zyk Coaching LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in coaching, hypnotherapy, or digital programs. You agree to use these services at your own risk.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to our website with an updated effective date.
